The difference from Envato Elements: here you pay once for a single item, get a permanent license, no monthly subscription. A WordPress template costs $39 to $69 on average. HTML templates $12 to $24. WordPress plugins on CodeCanyon $20 to $60.
The upside: one-time purchase. If you build one site for $59, that is all you paid. The license covers one project. For multi-use you need an Extended License.
