The free plan is unusually generous: up to 300 emails per day with no contact limit. That makes it a natural starting point for a business not yet ready to commit to monthly payments. From the Starter plan at around 9 dollars per month, the daily limit goes away and you can send 5000 emails per month. The Business plan adds advanced automations, A/B testing, and advanced reports. The CRM is built in and doesn't require a separate system, saving you a double expense. The WhatsApp Business API is integrated directly into the platform, a real advantage over Mailchimp, which doesn't have it. The interface is in English, but emails send beautifully in Hebrew including RTL. Support is human even on the free plan, which is not a given in this category. Fits businesses that want to unify email, SMS, WhatsApp, and CRM under one roof, at a price meaningfully lower than HubSpot or ActiveCampaign.
