The most well-known downside of Bluehost: the starting price is low but renewal jumps significantly after the first year. It's worth buying a 3-year package upfront to lock in the cheap price. On top of that, the servers are in the US, which means load times for an Israeli audience will be good but not excellent without a CDN.
